Welcome to Parker's Prints. These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website, place an order, submit a custom request, approve a quote, or otherwise purchase products from Parker's Prints.

By placing an order or submitting a paid custom order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Parker's Prints sells 3D-printed products, including ready-to-order designs, made-to-order items, and custom products.

Product photos, descriptions, dimensions, colors, and other details are provided to help you understand what you are purchasing. Because many products are individually 3D printed, minor differences in color, texture, layer appearance, finish, or other cosmetic details may occur between the product shown online and the item you receive. Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen or device.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, availability, or other errors and to cancel or refund an order if we cannot reasonably fulfill it as ordered.

Many of our products are made after an order is placed. Production times shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, product complexity, material availability, equipment availability, or other circumstances.

If a significant delay occurs, we may contact you with an updated estimate.

Customers may request custom products, colors, sizes, designs, or other modifications.

Submitting a custom request does not guarantee that we can produce the requested item. We may approve and quote some requested items, decline items we cannot reasonably produce, request additional information before providing a quote, or decline a custom request entirely.

A custom order is not considered purchased until you approve the applicable quote and successfully complete payment. The final quote controls the price and scope of the custom work being purchased.

If you upload or send us photographs, artwork, logos, models, files, designs, reference images, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to use and provide those materials for the requested purpose.

You grant Parker's Prints permission to use the submitted materials as reasonably necessary to review your request and produce the requested product.

We may decline requests that we believe would violate another person's intellectual property rights, applicable law, or our ability to safely and reasonably produce the item. Please do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information through custom-request uploads.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges will be shown before payment when applicable.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Parker's Prints does not directly store full payment card numbers.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the shipping settings applicable to the products in your order. Free shipping may be offered when an order meets the currently displayed qualifying threshold.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once a package is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

If an order is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as described in our Refund Policy. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address.

Because many products are made to order, cancellations are only available before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Unless an item arrives damaged, is confirmed lost in transit, or is materially incorrect due to an error by Parker's Prints, sales are generally final.

Made-to-order and custom items cannot be returned or refunded because of a change of mind, preference, or customer-selected color, size, design, or customization.

We try to keep our website and product information available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website. We may update, suspend, or change portions of the website or available products from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated, the Parker's Prints name, website content, original photographs, text, graphics, branding, and other original materials belong to Parker's Prints or are used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our original website content without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Parker's Prints will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
